Here's a question for you history buffs out there. 
What happened to the USSR?  Did Communist Europe fall
around 1990?  Or was it much earlier?  Much later?  I
think that it would've fallen considerably later than
in real life because what with all the wars and stuff,
a strong military power would want to stay strong.
