But they're also just darn fun games, too, and the artwork is

Has anyone out there ever heard of a game called "Cathedral"? It would
make an excellent Cheapass Game. The original version is a 10 by 10
grid with tetris-shaped buildings you put down to build a medieval
town. They were solid wood and the game was very hefty, and cost $50.
A Cheapass version would be $5, have a paper map and counters that you
cut out yourself, artwork by Brian Snoddy, and would be just as fun
IMHO.
