Hey Gang,

     I was just doing some mindless reading, and I reread the Smog Shaman 
Favor, "Smoke Ring".  I like to use some of my player's twisted logic when 
I'm reading, cause you know how wily they can sometimes be, and I was 
thinking.  It states; "Encicled limbs feel as if they have been shackled in 
place.  The target must win a contest of Strength to move the limb."  So 
does that mean the hit locale, is stuck right in the exact spatial location 
as it was when the smoke ring hit it?  If that's the case, (and I know that 
Lighter Than Air, is a much more effective way to do this), could the spook 
essentially use this as an emergency way to stop himself from falling, then 
blow a bunch of strain as he redoes the favor a couple of times till he gets 
closer to the ground.  What I of course mean, is can the sucker suspend 
himself or another, (say a high speed hover cycle pilot), in the exact place 
the favor hit him at?  It's late and I'm rambling.  I'll just stop now.  
What do you guys think?
