[HOE] Ammo for the product release rant

Try this for an argument,

CG said that PEG was putting out too many products this month (so they
canceled ALL of them.) Let take a look at the products I knew were comming
out.

Waste Warriors and Colligium (sp) both of these were highly expected
sourcebooks. Both of them are the top rated in the "What do you want out
poll." Both have been promised for months (I have a Game mag out here that
has an orgininal release date as SEPTEMBER)

GRW: This is another game that was has been anticipated since June/July.
It is a mini's game. While there is a lot of cross over between fans (like
me) the base for GRW and DL/HOE aren't a 100% matchup.

The Unity: Get the introductory adventure for Lost Colony-that's not at all
important. Sure, that can be ignored. (Can you just taste the sarcasm)

Lost Colony Novel #1: Fits into the same catagory as Unity, but it is a $7
novel, not a game book, tell me, why would that "flood the market."

In any case, it was an STUPID MOVE for CG to cancel the products that the
customers were salivationg for just so they could get up to speed with the
situation.

An open note to CG:
This may be a news flash to you, but we are your CUSTOMERS. It is your job
to meet our needs. Don't pull a stunt like this again, or we will go
afteryou in the way it hurts you the most-your bottom line. Get a clue,
read "The customer is always right," and put out these products yesterday.
Were tired of stupid managment tricks, and us, your customers want to see
some service.

PS
The "pissed-off consumer" rants need to be sent to support@cybergames.com
care of : Cliff Perotti they need to know how many of us out here think they
made a bad decision, want it rectified, and want it to never happen again.

Doc out.
