[HOE] Waste Warriors/Nuke ? (Shane/Hopler)

A question on the "new" explosive rules:

It says that the new damage for Nuke is 3d12.  Does this mean 3d12 total no 
matter how many raises yoiu get, or do you still get extra dice (presumably 
d12s if that's the case) for raises?
