I think the remote control center would drain 1 charge per half-hour of use, 
and each remote would drain 1 hour per hour of use.
A remote operator could operate a number of remotes equal to half his Smarts 
die type with no penalty, and a cumulative -1 to each added remote.

Also, the prices on each remote may be too high. I'm thinking that the remote 
controller could be $5,000, and automatically come with 2 free remotes. To be 
a viable character concept, a remote operator would need plenty of remotes, I 
think. 

I have some ideas for combat remotes, but I'll post them after I see the 
feedback on my ideas so far.
