Well, there might be certain characters that the power structure bars them
from channeling- after all, with that sort of character, the risk is too
great to justify.  After all, if he gets stuck, he's going to become a
liability instead of an asset.

Still, one of my players who's making a Librarian with Bibliopathy thought
it might be interesting to channel Alex from A Clockwork Orange.  Hey, he's
definitely not a good guy, but if you're gonna have a good scrap, there's
not a lot of better characters to channel!  On that note, we should build a
character database.  A bunch of characters we can use for Bibliopathy might
be a reasonably handy thing!  When I get a round to it, I get dibs on Batman
:) .
