First, G-Rays aren't electricity, and that's the main reason a lot of
people get confused when dealing with them.  They act kind of like it,
but they're a totally different sort of energy.
If a cyborg jacks into a junker device, 1 point of their Drain is equal
to 1 GR.  But spirit fetters, soul taps and the like aren't well-designed
to be battery chargers, which is why it takes so much time to charge a
spirit capacitor.  It simply takes more time.  Likewise, you can't plug a
junker device directly into a G-Ray collector and start sucking power;
you can only charge a battery.
