One great character that's just perfect (I think) is Solomon Kane. He's really like the granddaddy of every hero in the Deadlands universe. Of course, in my world, he's not fictional. :) In fact, he's a potential Martyr for Templars and Companions, and his descendants are still fighting the good fight. Clint Black
