[HOE] HARROWED POWERS AND LEVELS (lOADS OF REPLYS PLEASE)

I would like to ask a question that has no doubt been asked 100 times before, 
but hey we cant catch all the answers. Is it possible to have harrowed powers 
over level 5 and if so where can you find them (i.e the best links to go to) 
and on a similar note does anyone know where to find new harrowed powers, 
edges, hindrances, and skills if they exist. Your help is much appreciated 
and before anyone does say anything about game balance and munckinism my 
marshall already keeps tabs on that and i cant stand over powerfull 
characters. (Not that we have had to kill the players that try it.)
