No.  Harrowed powers only go to Level 5.  Dirk posted something a few days
ago with an idea for powers at Level 6 (sort of like Greater Rewards for HoE
Templars), which would ential making a deal with one's manitou, such as
giving a permanent point of Dominion over AND doing something highly
nefarious, with trying to undo the effects of the deal causing the loss of
the Greater Reward.  However, I think that from a balance standpoint it
weould be a bad idea.
