Sadly, Ghost is about the most abuse-friendly harrowed power out there;
according to the rules, you could use almost any other power.  Maybe not
powers like Coffin Nails or anything else that makes a material attack
against a target, since that would have a similar effect as firing a gun
while ghosted.  But, brain blast or almost any other supernatural energy
blast should work.
