[HOE] Land anchor [Allan/Hopler]

If a cyborg with a Land Anchor decided to use it offensively as a weapon,
what sort of damage would it do?  Yeah, he'd have to be standing on his
target, which would probably mean a human would be getting crushed to death
anyway because of the 'borg's tremendous weight, but suppose he was standing
on someone and deployed the Land Anchor.  Just how badly would it blutch
said person?  Suppose the cyborg was instead standing on a Mojave Rattler
(or some other large creature that would actually tolerate him standing on
it).  Would the little spines that come out of the main spikes do extra
damage as they come out and tear through it even further?
