Yes i agree, so why does it state in the HOE rulebook about vamoosin( which 
you need to do when using deflections) that once a charcter has been hit, but 
before the location is rolled, they may attempt a vamoose. So what it is 
saying is you can dodge an attack after you have been shot! People please i 
know this is supposed to be a simple game but do you know of anyone, that can 
dodge a attack once they have been hit! I DON'T THINK SO.
