[HOE] Ghost

One day someone will finally sit down and tell everyone, what you can and 
can't do in ghost form. Also what powers can affect you. please this is a 
question that was put to Shane and got a contradictory reply back. What can 
you do in ghost form i asked, i got the reply i expected but i did not expect 
to be told that i can use cats eyes ( the harrowed power) as it is 
concentration and ghost is concentration as well. 

I know it would take someone a long time to do it but some of the powers in 
the game need to be precise and to the point, players decide what the power 
does after reading it, even though it might explain it totally different, 
even marshalls think the same as a player. What happens next is you have a 
difference of oppion with someone, you come on to the list serve to here 
other peoples oppions, low and behold they are totally different to what you 
have been doing.

Does a marshall go with his own instincts, even if he belives them to be 
wrong or does he go with the group ( the group sounds good, untill someone 
wants a gun that hits automatically and kills,) or how about the listserve , 
or even Shane. I know its the old rule most of you will say, "MARSHALL HAS 
THE FINAL WORD" but what if they are not a hundred percent sure who do you 
listen to then.

Please could anyone help, (without the stupid answers) ideas would be nice, 
help even better, a solution, PERFECT!
