Well, generally speaking, if you don't know the answer, do your best to make
up an answer. If your players have a problem with it, just tell them that
it's a temporary ruling until you can get the answer to the particular
problem you're facing.

Well, as for what you can do, if the Duration is listed as "Concentration",
then you can only perform simple actions. You can walk, ride a horse (in a
situaton that wouldn't require rolls), keep watch, etc., but not shoot a
gun, use any sort of arcane power, juggle, or anything else that would
require you to break concentration.

I think that basically anything that's magic or magical can affect you
(thought Relics may or may not, depending on their nature). The reasoning
is that powers, from a Soul Blast to a Brain Blast to a Nuke, essentially
just shape energy from the Hunting Grounds. Of course, something like the
Sliverspray Hex, the Glow Stick Favor, or Junker weapons without Spirit
Weapon rely on something physical hitting the target, so they wouldn't
really have any effect Of course, those are just guidelines, so if
something doesn't exactly fit (and I'm personally not sure about
Sliverspray, which magically conjures the metal), just do like I said
earlier and give a spot ruling for the time being. You can always change
the way it works in the future.
