As to Doombringers not being Harrowed, it's basically the same animal. Both 
controlled by a manitou, as are all undead. Seeing as how the Doomie can use 
faith-based powers, I'd let a manitou controlled Harrowed still access them. 
As I said before, Harrowed faith isn't derived from some overarching power of 
good as the blesseds is. Besides, a manitou in control of a Doomie arsenal is 
just too deadly to the posse for any sane Marshal not to allow!
