Actually, if you sew the missing piece back on and eat some meat, it'll heal. I
guess it's up to the marshal if the piece is is good enough condition for this
to work though. Example, taken off cleanly by a sword, it can be sewed back
on. Blown off by a LAGAT... gonna have to reconstruct that one.
