I would say it can only be healed by a stitching roll if its a lvl 5 wound, 
as the rules state its only rare powerful magic that can heal a lvl 6 wound 
or higher. and im sorry but stitching is not a rare power, every harrowed i 
have had in my group has had stitching as far as im concerned its a common 
power. if a sword does 5 to the arm its a clean slice, it can be healed, but 
at 6 or higher its not a clean cut its shattered bone ripped muscle and 
tendons, etc., to much for even the manitou to heal.
