[HOE] Let the Doomie bashing begin anew! WAS: Doomsayer vs. Syker

MIRV is a seriously over-powered ability (IMHO) among many powerful
abilities in the doomie's repetoire. Compare to Atomic Blast - same speed,
5x damage and only 3x cost!

Personally I think the intention for thispower was to atomic blast a bunch
of guys. But it's rarely used that way. MOre often all 5 (or however many)
get fired at the big boss man.

My groups "fix" was to drop the damage to d8's instead of d10's. It made
the power a little more reasonable. We did this after much playtesting and
with the acceptance of the doomie's player. He was just dominating combat
from the gunfighters and other AB's in the group to a ridiculous level.

Another, more interesting, choice might be to change to power so that each
missile has to hit a different target and if there aren't enough targets
the extra missiles are lost. Hmmm...

This should be interesting. I'm going out of town for a week (miss me), I
wonder how many emails/flames I'll generate :)
