I'm putting cash on the syker.  Not knowing what powers the two have, I'd
have to go based on which powers are more useful in a fight.  You can
kill someone with virtually every syker power, from Meat Puppet to Band
Aid (there are a few that wouldn't work, granted).  The Doomie powers
that aren't directly offensive aren't terribly useful in a fight.  Plus,
most sykers have access to more Strain than their Doomie couterparts.
