Re: [HOE] Power Armor stuff...
This is a little off the subject that everyone's discussing (supernatural
means), but remember that it mentions that a robohunter can tap into
Denver's power grid to provide a small source of energy.
Now, the ruins of most major cities probably won't have running power, like
Denver does, but Junkyard and Lynchburg do. I'd imagine that for the right
price, a steel knight could get a (somewhat slow) recharge at those places.
