Certinly with super reflexes you could do a Seize the Pearl of Death but I
was thinking more like Altered States, Geiger Vision or a Templar power. I
think the combo of Chem and Healing takes care of the wounds part. I know I
blow at getting the phrasing right (I've failed engish more times than even
I care to admit) but I was going for a "Here drink this and your skin is a
tugh as a rock" or "This can make you see ghosts" kind of thing.

Or their morning coffee as a sort of "Pick-Me-Up"?
