How are they moving? Talking? Thinking?
Magic.
Maybe the manitou that keeps them alive keeps them warm too (it would be
kind of a DEAD giveaway that something wasn't right if the harrowed is
cold to the touch).
From a logical perspective he's still moving so his muscles have to be
working and therefore have to be generating heat. 
Of course all this is a pointless arguement, because it's MAGIC.

I have to laugh at someone trying to use common sense to figure out
whether a corpse reanimated by a spirit from the "Hunting Grounds" and
able to transform himself into an insubstantial apparition gives off heat
or not.
