[HOE] vehicular combat question

Hey Again -

Do you remember the "Road Rash" video game?  I went back and forth
through Road Warriors to try and find some ruling on how to handle the
use of a melee weapon (such as a chain or club) used from, say, a
motorcycle against another target (moving or stationary).  I found rules
for collisions (which is in the ballpark I suppose, pg. 44, but I'm
talking more of a drive-by maneuver that doesn't involve the vehicle
itself, only its speed) and firing weapons (pg. 45), but that was it.
If there is info on this, could someone give me a page number?  If there
isn't, could we discuss some quick and dirty resolution rules (hit mods,
handling mods for "one handed" driving while doing this, damage bonus
from speed, etc.)?  Any help appreciated - thanks in advance.
