I think I saw that in "Hard Target." The same movie
with the trees and ground that sparked when shot at.
Damn industrial pollution. 

Hard Target also taught a whole generation of martial
artists that they can leap up and kick a motorcycle
rider (who was travelling at a decent speed directly
towards the hero at the time) in the head and suffer
no ill consequences other than sweaty hair syndrome. 

A favourite movie for my group when they need to
unwind and generally have a laugh.
