[HOE] Neutral or Non-Alligned Nations.

The Northern Alliance and Southern Alliance nations dont' really cover  the 
vast majority of the world, leaving Northern Africa, the Middle East, 
Austrailia, India, and bits and pieces of Europe mostly intact. I imagine 
those Middle Eastern governments will collapse into a more religious 
hierarchy- in Deadlands, miracles work, and Muslim blessed can help to feed 
and defend the countries- Mecca itself would likely be much like Lost Angels 
after Grimme leaves. These nations will have food\resources problems until 
the Reckoners show up and eviscerate their populations, leaving them only 
slightly better off than everyone else. I'm thinking, though, that another 
pair of  Reckoners loses their horse after attacking Jerusalem and attacking 
Mecca.(Death and War?) To the Holy Fire, again. After that, Middle Eastern 
survivor settlements will probably be organized around Blessed. In Europe, 
the Scandinavian countries, non-Warsaw Pact Eastern European nations, Italy, 
and Switzerland should be fairly "not nuked" after the war ends. But they'll 
be surrounded by a metric ton of Zombies, with a reckoner or two on the way. 
I think Spain, Italy, and Eastern Europe will be overwhelmed by Zombies and 
ruined by reckoners- but, I think the Pope and the Order of St. George will 
flee to starving Switzerland. With the mountains to help and the Blessed to 
feed them, the depopulated Swiss can gather together Europeon survivors from 
every country and defend the mountain passes against zombie hordes. Despite 
the high percentage of Blessed, the fear here will be great- surrounded by 
Zombies, low on food and ammunition, etc.  They'd have to send out well-armed 
parties to scavenge in Zombie-swarmed Europe for guns, food, technology, etc. 

The fourth Reckoner can lose it's Horse in India, to Hindu blessed. But, 
since India automatically becomes the most powerful nation on earth by 
default, I'm betting each of the Reckoners slams into this nation full force- 
leaving it only slightly better off than everyone else. War could probably 
co-opt the Indian and Pakistani nuclear weapons and use 'em to blast each 
other.

That leaves Australia- the last, best hope for humanity. Let's say the 
Reckoners skip murdering everyone in this continent- you've got a 
food-producing, high tech, low population nation with a modicum of industry 
and a fairly decent military force.(At least, in 2094) 

So what do they do? I'd suspect they'd load up a few boats and try to figure 
out what the hell happened to everyone else. 

By the time the Reckoners have turned most of the world into a crap-hole, 
they've lost all their horses to Holy Hellfire.
