Caddalitic Converters (SP?) is what they're called.  In addition to 
filtering out the bad stuff, they also did something that made cars not want 
to run on leaded gas.

First off, Removing them would make the Smog Spirits happy (Mentioned in 
"Spirit Warriors", PIN6019) as it would let more lovely lovely smog go out 
when the vechicle uses actual gasoline.  "White Lightning" brand fuel and 
Spook Juice just doesn't give out the same ol' smog...

If the vechicle has been running Spook Juice for awhile, "Ghost Rock" 
Particles (OK, "Spook Juice Vapors", OK???) would have concentrated in it, 
making it perfect for dishing out "Ghost Rock Fever" (Only the first person 
to have to worry about it is the poor brainer who removes the bloody 
thing!!!  Also, don't smoke while doing this, Spook Juice Vapor is 
EXPLOSIVE!!!).  Due to this, it'd make a good "Collector" for a Juker-Built 
Flame Thrower...  Only it'd take about...  Oh...  A YEAR to fill up again.  
(There, that'll keep the Munchies from massivly overabusing it.  That, and 
almost every car they shoot will blow up, 'cause, as I pointed out, Spook 
Juice Vapor is EXPLOSIVE!!!).

As Spook Juice "Doesn't Give Off Emisions" (Marshal's know what I'm talking 
about), the Caddalitic Converter is useless on Spook Juice...

Other than that, the only thing I can think of is a few components for a 
Junker to build something with...
