Re: [HOE] Cyborg's and shield synchronizers...
I believe the ruling on that was to treat a weapon link as a shield
synchronizer, meaning that each weapon you want to be able to use needs to
have a weapon link bolted to it. Melee weapons don't need such an
attachment.
