Well, having had plenty of recent real world experience I can tell you it
really doesn't matter how strong you are with most recoil.  What is much
more important is your ability to roll with the recoil.  I would see double
tapping as firing, then bringing the gun down and firing again without
checking your aim.  I don't think I would have the bullets hit the same
location, but the single roll to represent your initial aim and skill at
recovery seems to work.  I have tried this and it is quite difficult to hit
the target twice rapidly at any range, but it can be done.
