[HOE] Healing more than once




Somewhere down the line (up the line I guess) my group got it into our
heads that you could only attempt to magically heal someone once. After
that, if it failed, then you were stuck healing naturally. Now looking
back over the rules I don't really see anything like that, so I was
wondering how people handled magical healing.

It's a little different between HoE and deadlands and the different
archetypes, I know:

Templars - can try once/day/person succeed or fail
Sykers - can only heal themselves, but can try as often as they have
strain
Doomsayers - heal one location completely with a success, but can mutate.
Blessed - heal completely or not at all.
Shamans - heal once location completely, if they fail they can try again
with a +2 TN
Hucksters - can't remember

So:
If a blessed tries to heal someone and fails, can he try again? With a +2
TN? What about a doomsayer?
If a doomsayer tries to heal someone and fails, can another doomsayer or a
blessed try?
Can a templar try to heal someone to lower the TN and then let the
doomsayer "finish the job"?

This stuff may be covered on some level in the various descriptions, I
just don't have my books with me. If so, sorry. Otherwise, let me know how
you guys handle cases like these.
