Yes,  it is. Why the brave heroes can't be promoted to superheroes in
the same way that bad guys muties into servitors? They are just humans
with  supernatural  powers  (like  warlords  and others) not angels or
saints.

Aaaaah,  I'm  just  thinking  about that. Don't want to change the HoE
world (maybe NPCs).
