Well, it could be an interesting notion.  I'd say if you wanted to do
something like that, use the "Living Legend" critter written up in RVCI or
II--that way you don't have to stat them.  Plus the the massive illiterate,
there would be a chance that they would believe someone like Batman would be
around.  Of course, the Reckoners would have fun with that too....
