 Moreau was misprinted in the wrong type. It is a phenotype like porcine or 
reptilian (you'lll notice it's not listed under the Blessing, p. 46), but 
because it allows you to combine phenotypes, it's cost is 6 instead of the 5 
of a normal phenotype. When you buy the Moreau phenotype, you pay 6, get a 
standard phenotype, and must chose another "species" when they go to level 2 
and 3.

Yes, you find a stable source of radiation, become blessed by the Atom 
(Blessings o' the Atom edge for 3 pts, make an Onerous Vigor roll), then can 
buy the blessings (mutations to us norms) listed on p. 46.
