Armor stats, yes, complete rules, no. Space reasons,

Okay, first of all remember that the d20 version only
exists to let those folks who play d20 tap into one of
the best universe's I have ever seen in any rpg. IMHO
that is.

As for flavor, I have done everything I could within
the boundaries I had to preserve the flavor of HoE.
Mutations, rules for servitors, Legend Chips, Hell,
even Jo's complete journal. The last thing I wanted
was a d20 book about HoE. This should be HoE as d20,
not the other way around.

Nope, sorry off limits. Anything without Core Rulebook
on its cover isn't part of the Open Gaming License and
therefore can't be used without the company's
permission.
