I actually made a small error. These wouldn't
be self-propelled due to no internal power source. So, i guess I meant
people-powered or muscle-powered. The only thing I would hate ask is if I
should start to give each skill its own rules for tricks and turns like
vehicular combat. Though that would be a bit of overkill.
As for my "trapped" in the Steven King sense,
probably not. But I feel like there are no GOOD gaming stores without
driving to G'boro, NC. All I know about down here are comic shops with a
gaming section. "Skirmishes" in Cornelius, I haven't heard of. But
if there is a place in Matthews, I am up for.
Also, working on a few things of my own for the HOE
system. You know: Syker Powers, Something that can put fear in
uber-powered Doomies, and to add to the Saint Table in Templar Lore

was wondering if there were accepted rules were certain types of
transportation would be added to the skills. I >don't mean driving
vehicles that require fossil fuels, ghost rock, or other outside sources of
fuel. What I am talking about are things >like bicycles,
inline skates, skis, even skateboards. Would this be a drivin' skill or
under another heading. I guess Ridin' would be >for bikes, but would
skates be a seperate skill.
Since all of these
items involve using the entire body to some extent, I would use Ridin’ because
it is Nimbleness based. However,
I would consider them all to be separate concentrations under that
skill.

Charlotte? NC? If so, are you truly trapped in the
Steven King “Misery” sense?
;-)
Check
out Skirmishes up in Cornelius, or I think there’s a place in Matthews, if
you’re looking for non-WW gamers.
