[HOE] Who can get the reference?

I'm making a series ov villains for HoE, and I want to know if I'm being too Transparent.  

They are a Confederacy special forces squad,

Delaine Adne is a sniper, mildly vain and very self serving, generally used when the problem needs 'discrete' solutions,

Frederick Marchant, English, Blonde, charming, he's the faceman, he quite frequenly makes first contact with communities and convinces them to 'need' the services of the group

Luna Velasky, Mind wiping Earth Syker, incredible perception accompanied by telepathic powers and a total disregard for human life makes her a very effective inquisitor.  

And their commander is Jack Scraggs,
    These three are not the most sociable of lots, and as such they need Scraggs to keep them together... well, more like Scraggs and his 'equalizer'.  Scraggs keeps an 8 foot cyborg that is loyal only to him.  'Bear' , a Confederate cyborg prototype, is quick to respond to any order Scraggs gives and he's just the kind of man to order his guardian to tear the arms and legs off a naysayer just for laughs.  

   The group contacts (And manipulates) communities into needing their services, which they do, usually in a brutal and vicious fashion and for an exorbitant price, which if the community doesn't pay, they get a visit from Bear.  


     Am I being too obvious on who these guys are based on?
