It does make sense that a Kid should be size 5. The problem is that the Kid
hindrance (caps Strength at d10, Knowledge at d8, and causes roleplay problems)
is worth 2 points, while the Scrawny hindrance (caps Strength at d10 and drops
Size to 5) is worth 5 points. Saddling someone with an extra 5-point hindrance
and only giving them two points for it doesn't seem fair. If you give Kids the
size drop, I'd suggest increasing the hindrance to 5 points and reducing Scrawny
to 3 (to match Brawny).

I played a 13-year-old junker once. I wanted him to be small (he was skinny even
for 13) and to have a high Knowledge (he's a junker, after all) so I just gave
him Scrawny instead of Kid and roleplayed the rest.
