hmm. depends on what you're intending to do with the posse.  If you dont 
plan on introducing any of the new archetypes until they've had a chance 
to explore (ie no new charecters), then the main book, wasted west and 
your pick of the location books that you plan to take the party to.
After that, I'd say the junkman cometh, and it makes the junkers playable, 
and gives alot more background on them, then possible Waste warriors for 
all the new boom-boom sticks and the archetype books that you intend the 
players to play or meet...
