Actually, not quite true.  Batman has used guns, but just not against
people.  Or rather, he hasn't shot real bullets at people.  Trank pistol is
okay, pistol whipping someone is okay, but shooting hot lead into some punk
is not okay.  That is the way of the enemy.  Might also add Obligation:
Bring them in for justice.  Disregarding the movies, has Batman ever killed
anyone?
