The way I read City o'Sin, Blessings of the Atom Edge must first be bought at 5 points to open you up to developing the specific mutations.... after that you must pay points for each power (i.e. you don't get one for "Free"). However, the points on the Archtypes don't add up. Am I wrong and you do get one free level 1 power? Nick
