Actually, if that templar keeps doing what he is doing.  He MAY be the Saint
of Redemption. And in the end, isn't that  a greater reward than a measly
Legend Chip.  I can't quite think of one that was OFFICIALLY made into the
Saint of Redemption or Second Chances.  I can't think of a truly modnern
version or a historical version of someone could end up becoming a saint.
Might want to dig deep for that.  However, templars aren't known for their
compassion towards someone who has brought about harm to another.  I agree
that "real" templar would have let the worms feasted on the poor waster due
to the harm that he called.  It might get a reprimand by Simon the next time
he/she visits Boise.  However, if you can justify it, then there is a
possibility that more compassionate templars can start to come forth.
