[HOE] Postman

Following my request to the list about providing details for new players I
received a very helpful Word Document from David R Goecke (many thanks). The
player has selected the Postman option (inspired by the film) and has asked
me about background details etc.

I could not remember if there are any details in any of the sourcebooks
about Postmen, organisation, history etc.

Any help would be fantastic.
