Okay, I'm going to put my two cents
in here. When all this stuff first came out and Wraith started pointing out
how the DRC had jacked his powers lists and then another person who shall
remained unnamed (because I don't remember who it was) pointed out the legal
text at the bottom, the DRC did look pretty shady. That was less than a week
ago, at this point they have apologized and explained that it was an honest
mistake about the powers lists and offered to take them down if the owner was
still miffed, and they have explained the intent and completely rewritten the
legal text to mirror that intent. Now Marcus has a point, He's not a native
speaker and he probably does find making legal text very frustrating and
difficult. Hell over 80% of the native speakers of English can't understand
legal text. So he's gone and fixed what everybody didn't like. The guy made a
website devoted to the game that everyone here loves, stop busting his balls
over a couple honest mistakes and give the site a chance. On that point I
think the site looks great and will be extremely useful once the information
starts rolling in. Anyway, now that I've said my piece I hope we can all let
this settle now.
