OK, that should be enough.
As Marshal's out there know, Baldy, the Insane Syker, just got hisself Stone's Autograph on his .50 BMG Sniper Rifle Butt. And something as momentous as that deserves a bit more than just a simple "That was done" and leave it at that. THUS!!! The Relic... "Stone's Autograph"!!!
Stone's Autograph:
Stone, the killer of heros, doesn't sign many things. He doesn't feel he needs to leave calling cards or anything. But, on occasion, he'll get a request, and he usually signs whatever is thrown at him. Usually these are asked by insane mass murderers and other sick, twisted people... So far, a Butcher Knife, a Machete, a Glove With Knife-Like Claws, a Chainsaw, and a Sniper Rifle are the only things known to be autographed. He has yet to be offered something OTHER than a weapon to be autographed apparently...
Power: The holder of Stone's Autograph is able to do damage to anyone on Stone's List, and the target cannot "Chip" the damage away. In addition, he can Spend Chips on Damage on those self-same folks. (Note: They don't *HAVE* to use the weapon that is signed... But usually they're the Signature Weapon, so...).
Taint: Whenever the holder is in sight of someone on Stone's List, they must make a Hard (9) Spirit roll to prevent themselves from killing said person immediately! In addition, whenever they kill someone on Stone's List, they automatically move one step closer towards becoming a Servitor of Death!!! (Great Way to get there quickly! If that's what you're aiming for.).
