I'm in agreement; the cyber part would get rejected. Magic would try to
at least heal over the "stump," which would cut off the nerves and power
source to the limb, resulting in some very painful ripping and tearing as
the limb removes itself physically from the patient's body (I'd make the
description as gruesome as possible, to discourage the patient from doing
anything that dumb again anytime soon).
