Well unless it comes out in an epitaph I don't think anything about places 
outside the Wasted West will be put into print form.  Although they 
certainly could come up what with the apparent defeat of so many threats to 
Junkyard.  It only seems logical that someone (Librarians) would try to put 
together some sort of expedition to places outside of the US.  That in and 
of itself could be the basis for a campaign, considering that the only 
feasible way for sea travel would probably be old fashioned wind power.

I do recall in Cyborgs they mentioned Mexico as being under the control of 
warlords vying for control of the reborn Aztec empire.
