I wasn't sure what you meant by "black chip"...  just to see if I guessed 
right, are you using black chips for legend chips or do they have some other 
signifigance of which I am not yet aware (I'm still plowing through my 
recently acquired stack of HOE books).

I set one of those out when the posse drew their black chip. The
Librarian with the night vision sniper rifle drew a bead on its
eyeball.
