nope. a black chip is the opposite of the legend chip. it's where the posse
screws up so badly,

that there cause bad things to happen. it was/is an unofficial rule.

I set one of those out when the posse drew their black chip. The
Librarian with the night vision sniper rifle drew a bead on its
eyeball.
