[HOE] New Background: Soldier Packages?

I asked a week back but didn't see anyone reply.  So, here it goes again:
Does anyone have new Background: Soldier Packages?  Some packages that
reflect other forces that haven't been listed.
Examples of what I am looking for:
Sailor/Coast Guard/ Naval?
Pilot: (Helicopter, Jet, etc.)
Search and Rescue?
MP?
K-9?
Force Recon? (Marines "Ranger Package" equivalent I am guessing?)-Not
dismissing Marines, btw. in comparison.
SEAL?

Or at least a comparable "Package" equivalent.
